How repUP Menus works

You build a branded digital menu once, share it with a link and QR code, and change it yourself whenever the kitchen changes.

Setting it up

  1. Add your restaurant’s details and branding.
  2. Create your menu sections, such as starters, mains and drinks.
  3. Add each dish with a name, price, short description, photo and dietary tags.
  4. Add any extra languages you want guests to be able to read.
  5. Download your QR code and copy your personalised link.

What the guest sees

Guests scan the code and the menu opens in their phone’s browser. They move between sections, see photos and prices, and check dietary tags before they decide. There is nothing to download and nothing to order, which makes Menus a good fit if you only want a clear, current menu.

Day to day

  • Change a price when your costs change.
  • Mark a dish as sold out partway through service.
  • Add a daily special.
  • Remove seasonal dishes at the end of the season.

The same QR code and link keep working, so there is nothing to reprint. Anything you change shows on your live menu.

Limitations to know about

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of what the menu says, including prices and allergen or dietary information. Check the rules that apply in your country.
  • Guests need a phone and a connection. Some guests prefer paper, so keep a few printed copies if that matters to your customers.
  • Good photos matter. Dark or blurry images make dishes look worse than they are.
